I am a central government employee working in SQAE(Armts), Chandrapur (DGQA), Ministry of Defence. I am not residing in Govt. Accommodation provided by Ordnance Factory, Chanda in the Estate area. I am not paid with House Rent Allowance by my Employer. Now, I have availed Housing Loan from Public Sector Bank. It is reqested that, kindly clarify whether now I am eligible for Grant of HRA.
